This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from TeeLabPro, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

1. Who We Are
TeeLabPro is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@teelabpro.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Your name, email address and, if you provide it, telephone number.
- Billing and delivery addresses.
- Order history, including the items you bought, engraving text and any sizing instructions.
- Messages you send us, and any photographs you attach.
- Account details if you choose to register.
- Marketing preferences.
Information collected automatically when you use the site:
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, and the country you are browsing from.
- Device type, operating system, browser and screen size.
- Pages viewed, products searched for, and the site you arrived from.
- Cookie identifiers and session data — see our Cookie Policy for detail.
Information from third parties:
- Payment confirmation and fraud-screening results from PayPal. We do not receive your card number.
- Delivery status updates from the carriers we use.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil your order, including manufacturing, engraving, shipping and customs documentation.
- To take payment and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- To answer your enquiries and handle returns, warranty claims and complaints.
- To send order and dispatch confirmations — these are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
- To send marketing emails, only where you have asked for them.
- To improve the site, understand which products people look for, and diagnose technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Our Legal Bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following:
- Performance of a contract — everything needed to sell you an item and deliver it.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, securing the site, and improving our products, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation — retaining invoices and customs records for the periods required by law.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others to market their products to you. We share it only as needed with:
- PayPal, to process payment and screen for fraud.
- International carriers and customs brokers, to deliver your order and clear it through customs — which requires your name, address, telephone number and a description of the goods.
- Email, hosting and analytics providers who process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold — in which case we will tell you.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics and — where you consent — marketing. You can manage them in your browser or through the consent banner. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
7. International Transfers
We operate from China and use service providers in the United States, Ireland and elsewhere. Your information may therefore be transferred outside your own country. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with technical measures such as encryption in transit.
8. How Long We Keep It
- Order and invoice records — for as long as tax and customs law requires, typically six to ten years.
- Account information — until you delete the account, plus a short period to wind down backups.
- Enquiries and support threads — up to 24 months after the last reply.
- Marketing consent records — until you unsubscribe, plus proof of the consent itself.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Have your information deleted, where we do not have a legal reason to keep it.
- Receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including profiling for marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was lawful before.
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you may also request disclosure of the categories of information we collect and the purposes for which it is used, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
To exercise any right, email support@teelabpro.com. We respond within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm your identity — usually by writing from the email address on the order.
10. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site runs over encrypted connections, card data is handled entirely by PayPal and never reaches our servers, and access to customer records is limited to the staff who need it to fulfil orders and answer enquiries. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security — but if a breach ever affects your rights, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practice or in the law. The current version is always on this page, and material changes will be flagged on the homepage or by email where we have your address and the change is significant.
13. Contact
Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests: support@teelabpro.com . We would rather answer a question than have you guess.
