We ship worldwide from our workshop, with tracking on every parcel and discreet outer packaging. Below is exactly how long things take, what they cost, and who is responsible for import charges.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 (GMT+8) begin processing on the next business day. If an item is unexpectedly delayed we will email you rather than let the order sit silently.

Transit times are estimates counted from dispatch, not guarantees. Customs inspection, public holidays and local delivery conditions can each add several days. A small number of remote postcodes attract a carrier surcharge, which the checkout will show before you pay.
Where We Ship
We deliver to over 200 countries and territories. A small number of destinations are unavailable because of carrier limitations or international sanctions; if a country does not appear at checkout, it is not currently serviceable.
PO boxes are accepted for standard shipping only. Express services require a street address and a signature on delivery.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop, and tracking is included at no extra cost on every method. Allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to register in the carrier system — a number that shows no movement on the day it is issued is normal, not a problem.
If tracking has not updated for ten consecutive days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Import duties, value-added tax and carrier handling fees are set by your own country and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the price you pay us and they are not refundable by us if you return an item.
We declare the true commercial value of the goods on the customs form. We cannot mark a parcel as a gift, and we cannot under-declare its value — both are illegal and would expose your order to seizure.
- European Union — import VAT is charged on arrival. Some carriers add a handling fee of roughly €10–€20. The low-value relief for consignments under €150 has been withdrawn for most goods.
- United Kingdom — VAT applies to most imports; customs duty generally begins above £135 in value.
- United States — shipments valued under US$800 per day per person are generally free of duty and tax. Above that, duties apply.
- Canada — duty and GST/HST may apply; the courier de minimis is low, around CAD 20.
- Australia — GST applies to most imported goods; low-value consignments are typically collected by the retailer or carrier.
- Japan — duty and consumption tax are charged on arrival above a low threshold.
If you refuse a parcel to avoid paying import charges, it will be returned to us. In that case we refund the item price less the original outbound shipping cost, once the parcel reaches our workshop in resalable condition.
Delivery Problems
- Check your address at checkout. We ship only to the address you give us, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it is inside the carrier network.
- If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check with neighbours, your building reception and your local depot first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
- If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it where possible, and keep all packaging until the case is closed.
Packaging
Orders travel in a plain outer mailer with the jewelry protected inside. No price, invoice or brand reference appears on the outside of the parcel, so it can be delivered to a workplace or a shared address without disclosing what it contains.
